Also, we have a QA team to test your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. The policy begins from the delivered date. PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
The following reasons are covered by FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy: If we sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, the personalized info is different from you provided to Sandartpoet, or the quality of the products you received is defective, please notify us immediately via e-mails and you will receive either a refund of your purchase or an exchange within 15 days.
The following reasons are covered by 15 days LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy(Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees): 1.If personal reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, ordering numerous personalized items for the purposes of comparison or sizing, or you do not see the detailed description, etc. 2.Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.
Cancellation policy: 1.Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies. 2.Please note that you couldn’t cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days return policy, and we are not liable for these issues: 1.We only follow the shipping information based on what you have inscribed on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, damaged packages, or delivery errors because of incorrect shipping address. 2.Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance. 3.Any orders received after 30 days from the delivered date. 4.Items which have been used and damaged within 30 days from the delivered date
Return Service Procedure: PLEASE NOTE: Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. 1.To request a return, please contact our customer service. If it is a quality issue, please provide an order# and attach clear photos of the items that represent the issue. 2.Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-20 business days. 3.The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in. 4.Return address (Please contact customer service for the return address). 5.To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don’t cover custom fees for returns) 6.Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
